      Yes! You can choose delivery every 1, 2 or 3 months — and update it anytime in your account.

      How do I choose my charms?

      When you pick the Custom Box, you'll be able to add your charms right after adding the box to your cart.

      The correct number of charms will automatically be added for free, based on the Custom Box you selected.

      With the Mystery Box, our team puts together a surprise selection just for you.

      Can I gift a subscription?

      Yes! Just enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. The box will be sent directly to them — no invoice inside.

      When will I receive my box?

      Your box is prepared within 1–3 business days, then shipped with priority over regular orders.

      Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, and you'll receive a tracking link as soon as it ships.

      After the first delivery, your box will be sent around the same date each cycle — and you can adjust that date anytime directly from your account calendar.
